I have tried to use this company on two different occasions, and both times have had nothing but problems. I will never use them again! First time they were supposed to come out to aerate, they didn't show up. I called them back, they got someone out the next day, but they did such an aweful job. Only part of the front and part of the back had been done, I could see huge areas that they missed. When I called they said the work was done, and there was nothing more they could do. The next time I used them to blow out my sprinkler system. Originally scheduled the service for Saturday. No one showed up, no phone call, nothing. I call them on Monday to reschedule, they tell me someone will be out on Tuesday. Again, no one shows up. I have two dogs that are not very nice to strangers, so I need to stay home when I schedule these services...two wasted days. I call them again, they reschedule for Wednesday. NO ONE SHOWS UP...at this point I'm pretty upset, call them back to complain, let them know how unprofessional they are, and that I will be going with someone else. I highly recommend looking for ANYONE other than Mile Hi Services!!!!
