Denied Damage

Parker Auto Spa, yesterday dented my car and denies any responsibility. We saw it happen. The man operating the wash must have been new, someone came over to show him how to activate the pulley. He leaned in the car and popped it into drive, it shot thru with 2 people chasing it. The door hit part of the frame work inside the car wash, we were watching thru the window and they deny it.
