I bought my first crib and mattress there 2 1/2 years ago and it has held up ok but does have a small horizontal crack on the headboard and a matching horizontal crack on the footboard so I don't know that it will hold up as a Toddler Bed. I went back because they have a large selection of unique cribs and the quality seems to be much better than Babies R Us. While the staff is knowledgeable, they never once asked us what kind of vehicle we had for pick-up purposes nor did they ever mention the size of the crib packaging. We have a Lexus GX 470 which is a larger variety SUV. We called ahead to let them know we were coming to pick-up and when we got there it was obvious there was no chance of that crib fitting in our car. We drove almost an hour to get there and it was our third trip to the store in a two week period. In the end, we had to pay their delivery service $60 to deliver the crib to our home which was fine but the inconvenience of the trip we made to pick it up ourselves could have been avoided had they mentioned something during the sales process. The other problem with Baby World is that their cribs are final sale so if the would doesn't match or you are unhappy with the quality once you receive it, you are SOL!
