I had a couple post issues and they responded immediately and took care of the issues within a week. This roofer deservers more than five stars....they were outstanding. I have recommended them to several friends and relatives. Other businesses could learn the importance of communicaitions and customer service from Premier. Thanks Premier!

0.0 of 5 stars. ) Chad Novak (sales rep) put together a comprehensive presentation, with pictures of the proposed repairs and a very detailed bid. Their price was competitve with the other two companies but I chose them because Chad took the time to explain all the job costs and details upfront. Once the job was scheduled Casey the project manager did a good job of communicating timing and work schedules. Job site clean-up was superb and follow-up on one small issue was addressed quickly. This was a professional job and I would use this team again.
