Overcharged for work not done

I came in with an oil leak that needed fixed and came out with $600.00 worth of brakes that we didn't even ask for but "absolutely needed fixed". The oil still leaked and the brakes are worse off than before... oh their answer, "You asked for cheap brakes! That's what you got." Thanks Team Auto. There's a sucker born every day, I was one of more than likely many. Believe me I gave this shop many opportunities to correct the situation to no avail.

Fantastic Service

I have to admit, I have been looking for a repair center and it hasn't been easy. But I heard from a co-worker to give Team Auto & Diagnostic's a try. We'll I find my repair center. They truly are honest, family run, and a pleasure to business with. Scott and Todd where so refreshing to talk to, and gave me a full report on the condition of my vehicle, without pressure. They broke down the repairs that needed attention now, and then what I could schedule to later, as soon as I have the funds to complete the repairs. It truly is a great place, and I understand they just finished some remodeling and the place looks great! I will be back again for sure.
