Dispatcher needs Discipline

Dispatcher was very rude. I told him I needed a cab at a location between 12:15 and 12:20...instead of just putting the time he yelled "WELL WHICH ONE IS IT!!!"...I have never ordered a taxi so I didn't know...

Extremely poor service
