rip off on scrap gold chain

went into mels and the guy offered me 40.00 for a 17.5 gr link chain and told me it was 8 grams. I WAS BORN AT NIGHT BUT NOT LAST NIGHT.

Mel's is a great pawn shop...I have been in most of the pawn shops in the metro detroit area...Mel has got a great selection of everything from musical instruments to tools to gold to leather coats to stereo equipment, video games...Mel's is the BEST!

DO MEL'S

Mel's is so clean and orderly...great deals...I go there before I go to the regular stores or any other pawn shop. Mel's a very nice guy and he's not bad to look at either! Steve works with Mel...he's very tall and cute and funny! Great place to go and I agree...the skanks are gone!

Upgraded Mel's Exchange

Mel's has updated his shop. They re-did the inside, painted it, re-arranged etc.. The selection of gold is better, and the overall quality is good. My kids love the electronics. He has hired new staff too, got rid of the some of the skanks that used to sit their all day. He pays out better then the other pawn shops in the metro area.
