Horrible all around

the server ran my friend's card 3 times and told her it declined. the owner's refused to pay the overdraft charges on her account, plus they refused to reimburse her for the amount that was charged 2 additional times! the food was disgusting, the service was poor (even though she tacked on 20% gratuity), and the owners were unprofessional. i'm surprised this place is still in business!

Unprofessional Owners

On my friend's birthday, they ran her card twice, brought it back to her, and said that it declined loudly and in front of everyone. In fact, the transaction had gone through for hers and another $50 check. They asked for another card, and ran it an additional time. Her card was charged 3 times plus $140 overdraft charges. The owners called her a "fool" and refused to refund and to take responsibility for their mistake. Not only did they steal from her, they belittled her and didn't even apologize. Coming from someone who owns a business, not only would I refund for each of the 3 checks, I would refund the overdraft charges, and do anything to keep that customer. Not only did she lose my friend and I and everyone else at our table, hopefully they lost the customers that were in the restaurant during the time the owner was yelling at my friend. The food and service is also horrible. I only went because my friend wanted to go here for her birthday. The last time I went I got sick because they served the bad fish on $1 sushi night. My bill was $25 and all I got was 1 roll and edamame. The server was crap too, and the tacked on 20% to everyone's bill.
