Oook.... this is two-sided. I'm wavering between two and a three stars. Like Francesca said, this is a school, so if you come here you have to KNOW that there's a risk, so given that there's a risk,...

First problem is that no one mentions or notifies you that what they consider a pedicure is not what anyone else in the world considers a pedicure. Their version is to have their inexperienced, careless, lazy, unsupervised students perform 3 steps. Only file nails, push cuticles back, then paint nails, in one of the three colors they are provided (red, pink, and something else). THAT"S IT. I think there might have been a massage, but it was so brief I barely noticed. End paint job had paint all over my toes, off the nail, streaky, thick and thin areas, terrible. Worse then a 3 year child's attempt. Problem 2: I scheduled an appt for a french pedicure, but they didn't have any of the colors available when I got there and had to spend at least 10 minutes locating the white. "Pedicure" station is terrible, cramped, no hot water in foot tub. Problem 3: Their pedicure is twice the price of a manicure, but there are NO differences between them. It might be only $12, but it is the biggest waste of money, considering each step costs $4 and you end up looking worse than when you started out. Problem 4: No one takes responsibility for anything and blames their mistakes on it being a school. Come on, I'm not expecting fireworks or brain surgery here. just a good pedicure. Make your mistakes on someone who isn't paying you to make them. Sub par, waste of time and money.

They will mess up your pedicure and rationalize it that a student did it, therefore you leave AND PAY for their crappy job. Moreover, they don't do normal pedis: don't use nail cutter, don't massage feet well,...

If considering Ogle school for your career training please take heed and look for other options. No one I know attending there is happy with the treatment and training provided by Ogle. Ogle's glory days have ended. They don't have it together. There's a paul mitchell school in Carrolton and a Redkin school in Lewisville. It's a lot of money to invest so be smart about it.

Students cut your hair and perform the services. Their teachers check their work and fix any mistakes. The stage IV students do better than most salon stylists, since they are really perfecting their...
