I've taken my 2002 VW Passat to Scott here several times. I always get a quote from my dealership, and Scott is always able to beat their price, by a lot. I trust him, and he speaks to me (a woman) with respect and explains things so I can understand and make an informed judgment. I've taken my car there for the past 3 years, and have always had a good experience.

They charged me $470 for replacing the rear struts but never did the work. The struts still have 1999 manuf. stickers on them! I had to go to the dealer to correct work they did, leaving the car unsafe. The rear brakes were only bolted to the car with one, instead of 2 bolts. I am seeking legal action. I'll be happy to provide anyone with details. Stay safe, stay away.
