Great service

After going to Firestone and Goodyear Saturday afternoon with terrible results I went in to City Garage at Frankford and Midway about 5:30 and was met at the door by the Manager Mark. He could tell I wasn't in the best of moods and asked if he could help. After explaning my problem he informed me that they had closed for the day but would see if any technicans were still in the building after a few minutes he returned with Jeff. After just a few minutes Jeff explained that the battery cable was loose and just need tightening. Mark said there was no charge and I was aw!These guys really showed me what customer service is all about! Thanks guys you have a customer for life! Bill

ALMOST PERFECT

HAD MY CAR IN AND TALKED TO DANIEL. HE WAS GREAT. HE HAD JEFF LOOK AT MY CAR AND AFTERWARDS JEFF WAS KIND ENOUGH TO SHOW ME WHAT HE RECOMMENDED AND EXACTLY WHY. I COULDN'T AFFORD EVERYTHING BUT THEY BROKE IT DOWN INTO MATTER OF IMPORTANCE AND I AM SAVING UP TO GO BACK FOR THE REST OF REPAIRS NOW. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY TOOK ME OUT IN THE SHOP AND SHOWED ME AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT ALL WAS NEEDED. GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOU'RE CAR. ALMOST A PERFECT PLACE TILL I MET MATT. HE WAS A REAL JERK. BE SURE AND ONLY DEAL WITH JEFF AND DANIEL. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

This Place Is Great!!!

A Gem

I have used this location of City Garage a number of times over the years. Their hours are great, the people are friendly and they keep you informed. I have never had them forget to call when my vehicle was ready. But what really sets this place apart is the employees' honesty. I have, on at least two occasions, taken my vehicle in and asked them to look at a particular item of concern. On these occasions they have told me that no repair was necessary, and did not charge me. This type of behavior has made me a loyal customer. A true gem!
