I had been a client of Dr. Russell's for 14 years and I have 5 dogs. I have never been pleased with their "no appointment" policy, but when I brought my Corgie in with a hurt leg, I called to find out just what time he would be out of surgery so I could get her right in. Dr. Russell REFUSED to take me out of order, and when I waited for 20 minutes while he saw 2 other patients, they said he went back into surgery and it would be another 20 minutes. I left and will NEVER go back. I just don't get the mentality there.
