Rip off

The mechanic's communication style needs some improving. Never called to report that the parts came or car is ready. Had to call and beg for status. Gave me wrong parts estimate. It turned out $72 more on $200 part. I noticed that he was charging me List price for parts while paying discounted price. Yet he refused to pass on the discount claiming it is his "profit". I thought he is a mechanic not a parts dealer. Overall impression he is a fraud. Avoid if at all possible.

best shop

after i meet with Neven and Laslo my thinks about mechanick is different.this people doing graet job on all my cars,two BMW and volvo.price is very fair and job is done very fast and very good.

Best Auto Shop

I took my mercedas to Neven with no appoiment and without knowing him or his auto shop.My car broke down in the middle of the street and I towed my car to his shop. He has very good customer service,very clean shop, and good knowledge about cars.He found a problem right away and he told me that we needed to replace the cranck possition sensor. He had the the part in stock and the car was done in a couple of hours and it was only $200 dollars parts and labor!! I highly recommend this shop to people who want a job well done!!!!

this is very good and friendly shop.Neven is very friendly man and is pleasure dill with him.he let me keep my car in his shop for over two week with no charge.he find use transmission for my e320 mbz and i save over $2000.car runs perfect.his oil change is only $80 parts and labor(synt.oil) shop is very clean and safe.

Excellent Service & Prices

We took our BMW325i here after getting a ridiculous estimate from the dealer. They did all the work quickly, efficiently and for about half the price. They have always been super accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop.

Good service at a reasonable price

I have been taking my car to European Auto Performance for a few years now, and I find them to be very responsible people, do good work and charge less than at the dealership.

bad business

this place had my car for a week, and when i picked it up, they had installed the wrong part. they didnt fix 2 of the problems that i wrote down and wouldnt let me take the car without paying the due amount. this isnt a business, its a scam to make money and charge you parts that are marked up 50%. they charge you $200 for 2 hour labor minimum, even if a job takes 20 minutes.
