terible service-lousy customer service

Couldn't even properly do an oil change and tire rotation right the first time.Terible service.LOUSY customer service.Three miles away all the oil dropped out the filter.Apparently the filter had a double gasket.(Which I was assured they check for BEFORE they discovered it WAS the problem)One month later all five bolts sheared off the rear passenger side tire from improper tightening.Thank goodness the vehicle was not moving when the hubcap with half the bolts came off.After fixing the problem they caused the manager never discussed the incident with me and never even called to follow up or even apologize.After filing a complaint with corporate they are only willing to refund me for a $25 dollar parking ticket I received when the vehicle could not be moved over the weekend.They had given me cards for 4 free oil changes after the oil mishap.Yeah,like I would EVER go there again.I am advising anyone I know to not patronize them as well.The manager avoided me.They never contacted me I had to go after them and still got nowhere.
