Don't waste your time at this shop

The Wedding Chapel has given me and my sister an all around poor experience. They have very poor customer service and the shop itself is old and dirty. Believe it or not we actually saw a rat run across the floor last time we were there! First of all, my bridemaid dress had a huge snag on it the day I picked it up (2 days before the wedding)and when I asked them to fix it they steamed it too much and caused a huge stain on the back-(all of which i waited almost 2 hours for them to do) I have been trying to reach the manager for 3 days straight now and have left messages but no calls back- i believe I need to be compensated. THEN- my sister (the bride)ordered a crinoline (slip) and when she went to pick it up it was obviously a USED and DIRTY slip. There is more but I dont feel a need to go on. I would just avoid this place all together. For my wedding I used Wedding Shoppe in St. Paul and they were great.
