Cockroach on the food.

I've been here 4 times. 3/10/08 was the last time I'll ever go. Sat down to enjoy lunch with two co-workers. One co-worker noticed that the tomato from the other co-worker's burger was moving on the plate. Out crawls a big cockroach. We grabbed our coats, let the waitstaff know and hightailed it out of there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
