Bad customer service

I was passing through Wakulla on my way to St. George and my family wanted to eat at Champs. We stopped in and nobody was up front to help us. After waiting on the cashier to stop smoking outside we FINALLY ordered our food. After ordering, we sat down. We waited 45 minutes for our food although nobody was even there and most of our food was the Express type. Anyway, Our food was sitting in the window for about 10 minutes before we even got it because the cashier was smoking outside. It was the worst customer service we have ever experienced. It was like we were not even there. She was short with freckles and asked us What do ya'll want? Anyway, they may wanna get rid of her if they want to keep their restaurant running correctly. Last time we will be dining at Champs.

delightful

i had a stromboli there 2 days ago and it was exquisite and the customer service couldnt have been any more delightful. i really look forward to eating there again in the very near future.

Their food was greatt!!!

I had a pizza and a stromboli from there and they were absolutely delightful i really look forward to eating there again soon.
