Service

i moved to Crafton in 1999 and quickly fell in love with Portofinos pizza, calzones and wedgies. However, no matter who answers the phone when I call in an order is always rude---like they're doing me a favor for ordering from them. Then when the delivery person arrives, and I give them the money for the order, they always ask, "Do you want change back?" For God's Sake, I just gave you a $20 bill for a $10 order --- no, I want to tip you $10!! I always tip at least $2.00 on a $10 order, and I go up from there. However, whatever I give you, please give me the change and let me decide what I'm going to give you as a tip. Don't ask me if I want change back.

The Best

I love this pizza and they (uded to) make the "Granmother" Calzone that is loaded with all kinds of meat and veggies. I'm living in the south now where you can't get this kind of Italian flavor! Delicious! Next time I'm in the Burgh I will be picking some up!
