I bought a car after Katrina from Wanda and Lillie at American Thrift. For the first two years, it was paid on time or most of the time early. My mother got ill last year and I had to stop working. Since then, they had hounded me, threatened me and discussed my personal business with my ex-husband and his friends. I was within a few months of getting it paid of when all of a sudden, they filed a law suit against me and posted the check that had been written to catch up my account after they filled. There is nothing honest about this company and they have no respect the law when it comes to privacy.
