BAD BUSINESS STAY AWAY

We had a delivery of firewood scheduled and I was called at 5:40 am, yes am and quoted a price of 975 for my 4 cords and delivery fee. While at work at 11:14 am recieved a call at home my son answered and now it was 1075 for the same delivery. My husband called back and they said I had lied they never told me what to write the check for. Hello I had to leave the check before work of course I asked the price at 5:40 am I don't function without double checking everything!!! So they told my husband they would deliver 5 or 6 that afternoon. We decided it was not worth an extra 100 after feeling like we had been taken we called at 4 to cancell delivery. Well it was on its way and Mike got rude and told us he would put a lean on our house if we did not pay. How can you agree on one price and expect people to pay an extra 100 5 1/2 hours later. this company is BAD BUSINESS STAY AWAY!!!!

Unprofessional is more like it!

I asked for an estimate on tree trimming, and when I came home that day, he had cut down 2 pine trees in my yard that were over 5 stories tall and 100 years old. I was left without any privacy & felt robbed. We went to court, but the judge sided with him saying that there was definately 1300 worth of work done and that I had to pay up. DON't USE THIS COMPANY your property will be irreprably damaged & you will be left broke!

Great customer service... very responsive
