This shop has an extremely crude, unprofessional owner!!

I was part of a wedding party that had their hair done at this salon. Sadly, I was extremely unhappy with my hair. When I tried to speak to the owner about my concern the owner took no responsibilty for the problem. She actually hung up on me when I was talking to her, I called back to speak to her about it again and she hung up on me again. On the third call I left a message, she returned the call with several four letter words and a lot of anger. This is a very unprofessional, extremely inappropriate owner, with no customer service ability!!!
