not very friendly

I have seen great reviews on this office and decided to make an appointment for my child. Not only were the front desk staff rude to me they had me pulled up on the computer already and I had never been there before and they did not have any of my information. My job has just switched companies and we had been given a temporary id to use until we get our cards with a number for the doctors offices to call to verify the information. The woman at the desk did not want to try to call or find out anything I had to present to her instead she called a number at her office and was very rude and not willing to accept my insurance information. It is the doctors office job to call and verify your insurance information and without a card yet I can not believe how ignorant and closed minded this woman was to not want to call the number. I then called the number to find out the information she was suppose to be asking and handed her the phone which even then she resisted. The insurance lady on the phone even heard the tone in her voice was very rude. Maybe she was on her period but if she acts that way all the time I don't see why anyone would want to see her as the first impression to that office. But now I have found another office and the people there are very kind and I will always have this story to tell my friends to never go here to pediatrics east.

Great Doctors and Friendly Nurses

The doctors and nurses here are wonderful. There is always a long wait in the waiting room, but there is peace of mind in knowing that they are always there to help you and answer questions.
