I walked out

I had a 9 a.m. appointment. They still had not opened the front door at 9:10 a.m., despite the fact that several people were looking at the receptionists through the window and knocking. It was extremely disrespectul.

good location, bad service

The consultory is right in the middle of Coral Gables, so if you work or live around that area you will appreciate it. Otherwise, the service is really bad, now-a-days you are probably used to the "Mc Donald's" approach perfectly executed with our health system and this place is just like that: you come, you wait a while, they take you to the room, three people come in, look at you in 1 minute, throw some liquid nitrogen to your face, then they leave. After that, its all a pushy effort to sell you "beauty" products that they claim are medicine but is not covered by your insurance. I think this is not really a serious doctor office but an excuse to sell beauty products disguised by medical treatment. I recommend you look for a real dermatologist elsewhere.
