The owner is very knowledgeable, however, his response time when you phone with a lawn problem is very, very slow. The result is the problem is much worse by the time he eventually makes a service call, and it takes the lawn much longer to recover. If he could just be more responsive to customers Integrity could be the number one lawn care service in this area. I really respect his knowledge but his disregard of problems is very frustrating.
