The WORST Service Ever!

Like most Walmart stores, this one seems to have no management. The lines at the 'service' counter are perennially long and seem to never move. After waiting 20 minutes in line to get a price adjustment(two items with one price on the package and a higher one that rang up)I got a greeter to page the manager. She looked very annoyed and was offended that I suggested she get behind the counter and pitch in. How one can 'manage' from a dark home in the back of the store is beyond me. When I finally got waited on the clerk was going to just give the difference in price back--and try to avoid giving the Michigan scanning award for each item. She, too, was very annoyed when I pointed out she owed me $10 plus the difference(for two items). Frankly saving a few cents(which is what it amounts to on most things I buy)isn't worth the hassle--plus it supports an employer who strives to pay as little as possible and provide no benefits to it's employees.
