Have had great success with Amity, a real asset to the Salon. However, on a recent visit while Amity was away, the other staff were indifferent/rude. During my 30 minute wait, I observed 3 other individuals walk in and receive immediate assistance from one of the owners. I was assured that I was next in line for a cut. after 45 minutes of waiting I left. Apparently, the owner thinks it is perfectly fine to allow her friend to come in an jump the line. FYI--When coupled with poor customer service, "no appointment needed" is an annoying gimmick.
