Now that my kids are old enough to sit still without needing the cartoons, I don't use them since they are more expensive than places like the hair cuttery. But I have not had any bad experiences with them.

Although I am sure it's OK for some, I'll never take my daughter there again. The man that cut her hair made it very uneven on the sides. I had to fix it when I got home, which made it even shorter!
