Excellent Surgeon

Dr. Topper is an excellent surgeon. His bedside manners aren't always perfect, but his skill more than makes up for it. He has had wonderful training during his residency, and fellowship. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs an orthopaedic surgeon specialized in treating shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands

Wonderful Doctor

Steven Topper is an amazing doctor. He is brilliant, and willing to do whatever he can to make sure your injuries are taken care of. I felt like I was in good hands, and I would recommend him to everyone!

Number 1 hand surgeon

I am beyond satisfied with Dr. Topper. He is a very respectful and upstanding doctor in this community. I would recommend him right away to anyone in need of his services. Dr. Topper and his staff make everyone feel very comfortable while in their office.

I like Dr. Topper

Dr. Topper is the second hand surgeon I have visited, and he is by far the best! He is a wonderful doctor, and his staff is amazing. They are concerned about your injuries, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have recommended Dr. Topper to some of my friends and they also think he is a great doctor.

Dr. Topper is great

Dr. Topper was very concerned with my problem. I felt very confident with him and his treatment plan. His office is very warm and friendly. The wait was only 5 minutes.
