THE ROOMS WERE WORN DOWN AND WORN OUT. STAINS ON WALLS AND CEILING, CIGARETTE BURNS ON BEDSPREAD, MY DAUGHTERS FEET WERE BLACK JUST FROM WALKING AROUND THE ROOM (AND SHE HAD SOCKS ON)!
