I took my child there for a simple bob haircut. The young woman not only butchered it but she also shaved up the bottom of my child's hair. I had to take her somewhere else immediately to try to "fix" it. It wasnt fixable and has taken 9 months of growing out for her to be able to decently get it corrected. They refunded my money and gave me free haircuts, which I'd never use. I've also had my hair cut there before only to have it basically ripped out of my hair that they were so rough. Never again.
