Caveat emptor - Buyer Beware

Canceled contract and returned phones after 24hrs and they still have not refunded the total amount they took out of my bank account. They swiped my debit card for a chargeback, but after 9 days nothing has posted to the account. I was forced to call my bank on them which will take another 10 days. They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau of Bryan or any in Texas, and I had to file my complaint with the BBB in Trenton, NJ. They will not let you talk to a manager and the national 800 line says you have to take it up locally. Verizon blocks its users from customizing their phones, so you have to buy all ringtones/wallpaper ect. from Verizon. I cannot use Motorola Phone Tools software to customize my Motorola phone, something the sales rep. at Verizon PhoneMart lied about to make the sale. Beware! The Test Drive Guarantee and 30-day warranty is a sham! You must return your phones within 72 hrs AND call the 800 line to cancel your account to avoid any access or activation fees they will tack on without telling you. And you CAN pay your DSL online, even if you have a dry loop account. Log into your verizon/my account online to make a payment. Aggies should help other Aggies, but I guess that does not hold true for the employees at this store, unless they hired tu students to scam in College Station. Please take all of this into consideration before doing business with these scammers!
