Stylist didn't listen

I told the stylist to NOT give my son a short haircut. I said we wanted long layers but she gave him a haircut so short, his hair sticks straight up. She wouldn't give me the manager/owner's name either so I could file a complaint. Very poor service and we'll never go back.
