Dr. Bruno took over Dr. Ander's practice in College Park and my medical records were lost forever. Dr. Bruno recently changed practices without notifying his patients. The new practice does not accept my Carefirst health plan. My records were sent to storage by Dr. Bruno. As a courtesy an assistant at the new practice will pull files from storage facility when she has time. I called for an appointment with my recurring back problem to find this information. In my opinion this is gross negligence.
