Prenatal Yoga was the best thing I ever did. I had backpain and aching feet and Yoga helped me. Also relaxation and natural helps for heartburn were very important for me. Thanks.

Atma Center

This was a great place to meet new moms and bring baby with you, but as for true working out and trying to get back in shape after baby, a little too easy. Didn't get much out of it physically.
