Because of Russ's concrete a LIEN was put on our house. He doesn't pay his debts and then sticks the home owners with them. Russ Did not pay the concrete pumping truck company who then put a lien on our house...

My experience with Russ's concrete was a mixed bag. The Good- When work begins, Russ's Concrete performs quickly and effectively. It may be too early to tell, but it seems that their work is fairly superior....
