Server unaware of "2-bite/2-min." rule. Stuffed sole was freezing cold/server did not check back for 15 min.! Side of pasta cold as well..Tomato balsalmic vinagrette dressing turned out to be balsalmic vinegar...

Overall experience was excellent, from the friendly service to the delicious food. The server and the chef at the buffet were very attentive. Everything at the buffet was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious....
