Small Smiles

My children (high school and primary school) have been going to Small Smiles for over three years and they love it. They fine the staff to be humorous and friendly. The staff also knows them, which speaks volumes considering the number of children they see on a daily. You are ask to wait in the lobby, but upon request I have always been allowed to go back and watch from an observation room. I fine the staff to be pleasant and helpful. Their very flexible with appointments. I have had to schedule/reschedule appointments last minute sometimes and they've always found an appointment within days (not weeks nor months of waiting). Any paperwork I've needed was filled out and made available to me quickly. The only positive criticism I have would be about the lobby; it could use some updating.

Small Smiles off of Semore Ave

This is the rudest set of people I have had to work with in the medical field.My son had an appointment here to fill cavities and it was the worst experience of his life.First off all they tell you that you can't come back with your child which I found to be very strange.I demanded to go back with this last visit because he was crying so bad when he came out.They had me sign papers to go back with my own son and then once he got back there he was so terrified he was screaming and kicking.They had to strap him in with a body restraint which they used at the last visit and did not ask my permission.Then the dentist came in and in the middle of working in his mouth he is saying aloud "I can't concentrate,I can't concentrate."Very unprofessional for a pediatric dentist.Needless to say I had him stop and requested all of my sons x-rays and any work he has had done at this office.It was awful!!!DO NOT GO TO SMALL SMILES DENTISTRY.A childs visit to any MD should be a pleasant one.These people were not friendly and very unprofessional.

DIDNT LIKE IT...

well just walk in the doors its not clean at all..AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE.
