I have gone to Dr Fackler for more than 15 years. And I love him. I have never had a problem with anyone in the front office. The office is very busy, and they do the best with what they have. I have recommended new patients to Dr. Fackler and would continue to do so.

Dr. Fackler is a wonderful doctor. However, his staff is terrible. The front office ladies are rude and get appointments mixed up. His nurses consistantly give wrong information and will not let you question it. It is too bad, I have considered not going back to Dr. Fackler because of his staff. They are some of the rudest most uncaring "professionals" I have ever met.
