Communication is very weak, did not offer much information as far as options available to my animal and after taking my animal to another vet I called to discuss and was only offered an oral apology for the treatment. NEVER going there again & will tell EVERYONE I know with or without animals not to go there. They seem to be in it for the money ONLY. My animal was in pain from swelling but they sent him home with me (did not treat or keep him for observation) & did not return a message left about his continued swelling for more than 12 hours. (They only called back b/c I called again to see if they got the message) I took my animal to another vet where I was able to get answers and communication. Very frustrating for this to be a 24/7 Center, but you could NOT discuss with a board certified vet at any time of the day (which seems quite ironic to be a 24/7 place). New vet solved in two days what they couldn't in over a week.
