Terrible expereince and very poor customer service

Just awful experience. I was recommended to order a size that the consultant felt was the right one for me. she said it would need to be let out to fit me and that it would better to do that than order the next size up. She was very confident that there would be enough fabric to let out. Once I got the dress it did not fit me at all like they said it would. I was very nervous about it and they assured me that they would have never told me to do that if it wasn't going to work. Come to find out at alterations they were wrong and there was not enough fabric to let out. When I went there to see what they would do to fix this problem they were not helpful at all. They were rude and snobby. They said I signed a contract agreeing to that size and there would be no refunds or exchanges. They said it was my opinion I was told to order that size. The owner called the seamtress in thier pink pages a liar. After fighting with them they finally agreed to order a bigger size. They owner threw the dress at my mom when she said that we were going to call the BBB. They supposedly rushed ordered the dress, but I don't trust that it will come in on time.
