Dr, Philip Milgram wasa blessing from Jah he delivered six of my nine children; he is the most wonderful, compasationate,the best at his job and I'am so thankfull to have had him deliver my last six children,. I named my last born after him "PHILLIP" all my children knows Dr. Milgram and how I feel towards him. Thank You Dr. Phillip Milgram from the bottom of my heart.You are the best.
