difficult but great choices

I found them from a verbal recommendation. I set an appointment before I left for Asia on business. I returned and rescheduled for personal reasons. The female contact was fully notified of my recent travel; and of the fact that I was traveling from out-of-state. I guess that while I was in Japan, there was some turbulent weather which disabled an entire stretch of interstate linking IN to IL. I obviously was late. However, I was so severely frustrated that I was not warned that I never showed. I send a letter to them disclosing my displeasure but have not had a written response. I have received two phone calls from them; none of which have addressed the travel issue. I'm trying to relocate from central Indiana to the Chicagoland area. I would not recommend this company for any interstate or long-distance relocations. They seem to be limited to local placement only. Also, I inquired about their RTO program and didn't get a return call until I was again traveling internationally on business. The apartments seem quite nice from the website and the RTO choices look enticing; but I cannot recommend this company for people like myself.

Helpful, Professional, No Pressure

Although I did not rent through Apartment Finders, my experience was extremely positive. I had read so many negative reviews here, I was leary when walking into the firm. My agent was Kristin T. She has been with the firm for two years, and is knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and professional. My suggestion: request Kristin & know what you want and be realistic.
