I recently took my 17 week old puppy in for an ear infection. The people I had corrasponded with were delightful and warm as were the staff in the front. Dr. Jacobs was the vet I ended up seeing. She didn't explain anything to me not what she was doing to my puppy nor why. This woman was cold and uncaring she treated me and my little puppy like an inconvience. She gave him vaccines with out my ok (i planned on going to petco for affordable vaccines in 2 days) she tried to pressure me into a vaccine I was agianst and also my trusted vet of 12yrs had advised against.I asked her for information on nuetering she replied "what do you want to know!" this woman was rude abraisive and I would never let her touch any of my pets again. My advise is to make sure you don't get Dr Jacobs when go to Blum she is definintly giving the establishment a bad name.
