For nearly 15 years, Mama Ricotta's has been the Italian restaurant of choice for thousands of Italian food lovers. Owner Frank Scibelli, raised in the grand tradition of hearty family dinners, dreamed of bringing the Italian dishes he loved to Charlotte residents. Despite growing from a small restaurant to a 200 seat, award-winning establishment, the quality of Mama Ricotta's food and service has remained. Now, in addition to the restaurant, Mama Ricotta's can also count more than 250 employees and a multi-faceted catering division with a customer list that reads like the Who's Who? of Charlotte. Mama Ricotta's serves traditional, authentic Italian dishes in an inviting setting where everyone feels welcome.
