Dishonest or incompetent

My daughter took her car to have the oil changed. I think they overtightened the oil filter. By the time she reached our house in Greensboro, almost all of the oil had leaked out. The JL in Greensboro charged me to put in more oil, and then overfilled it by double. They also did not check her tire pressure (20 lbs). They did refund her money, but that is of little consolation.

Can't get my oil change right... :(

Went in for an oil change in my late model Volvo. Multiple people worked on it at once. They did the work in about 20 minutes and off I went. Unfortunatley, I discovered leaking oil on my driveway the next...
