Love it!

I don't know what Alta Springs that previous reviewer lived at but it does not describe the one I lived at. I lived there for a year and it was very nice. The only reason we moved was we bought a house. All of our maintenance issues were addressed promptly. The grounds were always maintained and the pool is beautiful. I have several former classmates/friends who still live there and they are all pleased. Also, the only charge I had when I moved out was my final water bill. My other friends who moved out before me weren't charged anything additional either. Check it out for yourself.
