Horrible experience with Kristen

I just walk out of Zolton's Chandler location, because my stylist - Kirsten, told me that the color I wanted was not possible. This is a color I have been getting in my hair for 3 years with no problems. I am a hairstylist myself and I know that what she was telling me was not true.(I did not tell her I am a hairstylist) She told me that you can't lift color with color(which I know) but the problem is, I didn't want to lift color! I didn't want to go any lighter than I was, but she said all she could do was bleach and tone my hair or do an all over color. She was very rude about it and made comments about my previous color. I am very annoyed about how I was treated by Kirsten, this was my 1st time at Zoltons and I won't be going back!
