Customer Friendly

Zia, I've learned, goes the extra mile for customer service. What started as a phone call from me to inquire about a three-decade-old vinyl album, ended up with Zia checking their inventory, not only in their Chandler store, but their Tucson and Las Vegas stores, as well. With my consent, Zia had the album in CD form shipped to Chandler from Las Vegas and called me in a very few days to let me know that the album was ready for pick up. I'm happy to realize that what once existed as a quirky music shop on downtown Mill Ave in Tempe is still as quirky as ever, but has grown and prospered in new venues. Hey, with their kind of customer service, deservedly so!
