Not Fixed, Charged full price and 4 days late

Read good things but definitely did not experience it. Was charged for 3 repairs when only one completed. Additionally, one that was not completed was actually made worse by whatever they did.....and...it took...

Full price charged, work not done, 4 days later

Needed 3 relatively simple things fixed on my suburban. took it to Highland. Was quoted $700 to fix all and would be done in 5 days. Didn't get it back until the 9th day, only 1 item was fixed and was charged the full $700 anyway. One of the items to be repaired was a gauge which worked occassionally. When I got the truck back it did nothing but spin wildly. RIPOFF

Trustworthy Auto Repair

We drive all the way from Peoria to Chandler to take our vehicles to Virgil for repairs, and it is absolutely worth it. He is honest and trustworthy and the cost is always way below what others would charge.

Awesome Service!

Virgil at Highland has given me and my family the best service for over 5 years. He's always dependable and provides quality service and guarantees. I wouldn't even dream of taking my car elsewhere!
