Can't get in the door.

Sales staff rude and unprofessional. Can't get info on club unless you make an appointment. General public doesn't like pressured sales pitch that one gets walking through the door, can't get rates unless you go to an appointment. Elitest attitude for very non elitest facilities. This club would be better received if it had a more professional open policy. Many Cedar Rapidians never get through the door becuase of their "sales bouncer". Maybe someday they'll figure it out.
